Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Ying Yip Road from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. of the following day daily from 26 to 31 October 2026:

A.     Road Closure

The slow lane of Ying Yip Road northbound from its junction with Po Ning Road and Sheung Ning Road to a point about 50 metres north of its junction with Chap Fuk Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

B.     Banning of Turning Movement

All vehicles on Po Ning Road eastbound will be prohibited from making left turn movement onto Ying Yip Road northbound.

C.     Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles on Po Ning Road eastbound heading for Ying Yip Road and Chap Fuk Road will be diverted via Po Ning Road eastbound, roundabout, Po Ning Road westbound and Ying Yip Road northbound.

D.     Public Transport Arrangements

The following temporary public transport arrangement will be implemented:

Route	Bound	Diversion before resuming its original routing
NT GMB Route No. 11S	Choi Hung	via Po Ning Road eastbound, roundabout, Po Ning Road westbound and Ying Yip Road northbound.

          Appropriate traffic signs and road markings will be erected on-site to guide motorists. The public transport operator will display notices to advise passengers of the above arrangement.
