Members of the public are advised that to facilitate underground utilities connection works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Kwai Shing Circuit from 10.00 a.m. on 15 October 2026 to 4.00 p.m. on 31 March 2027:

(I)     Lane Closure

• The traffic lane of Kwai Shing Circuit northbound from a point about 100 metres north of its junction with Kwai Hau Street to a point about 170 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

(II)    Lane Conversion

• The traffic lane of Kwai Shing Circuit southbound from a point about 100 metres north of its junction with Kwai Hau Street to a point about 170 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily converted into one-lane-two-way traffic.

(III)   Arrangement of Bus stops

• The bus stop of KMB Route Nos. 37M (Kwai Hing Station bound), 38 and 38P (Ping Tin bound) on Kwai Shing Circuit northbound near Shing On House, Kwai Shing Estate will be temporarily relocated about 125 metres southward;
• The bus stop of KMB Route Nos. 32H (Cheung Shan bound), 37 (Olympic Station bound), 38 and 47X (Kwai Shing East bound) on Kwai Shing Circuit northbound near Shing On House, Kwai Shing Estate will be temporarily relocated about 133 metres southward; and
• The bus stop of CTB Route No. 930B (Causeway Bay bound) on Kwai Shing Circuit northbound near Shing On House, Kwai Shing Estate will be temporarily relocated about 125 metres southward.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide road users. Notices will be displayed to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
