Members of the public are advised that to facilitate the holding of an event, part of the general lay-by on Portland Street opposite Far East Consortium Mongkok Building will be temporarily suspended from 12.00 noon to 7.00 p.m. on 17 and 24 October 2026.

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
