In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that the following road sections will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour during the following periods:

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
