In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. of the following day daily on every Monday to Saturday (except public holidays) during the period from 26 October 2026 to 7 December 2026, the section of Lung Fu Road from a point about 200 metres north of its junction with Lung Fu Road roundabout to a point about 1580 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

          Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

          At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
