In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 6 November 2026, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the eastern kerbside lane of Ching Hong Road from a point about 305 metres north of its junction with Tsing Yi Road to a point about 425 metres north of the same junction; and
   2. the eastern kerbside lane of Ching Hong Road from a point about 435 metres north of its junction with Tsing Yi Road to a point about 475 metres north of the same junction.

            Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:-

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

            The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
