Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Tai Tong Road, Yuen Long


        Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road maintenance works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Tai Tong Road from 9.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m. of the following day daily on 19 and 26 November and 3 December 2026:

(I)    Lane Conversion

The section of Tai Tong Road from a point about 30 metres north of its junction with Sham Chung Road to a point about 170 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily converted from two-lane two-way traffic to one-lane two-way traffic.

(II)   Temporary Relocation of Bus Stops

(i)     The bus stop of MTR Bus Route No. K66 (Tai Tong bound) on Tai Tong Road southbound opposite the former Shung Ching Public School will be temporarily relocated to about 50 metres southward; and
(ii)    The bus stop of MTR Bus Route No. K66 (Long Ping bound) on Tai Tong Road northbound near the former Shung Ching Public School will be temporarily relocated to about 60 metres southward.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists. The bus operator will put up notices to advise passengers of the above arrangements.
