In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 12.00 midnight on 30 October 2026 to 11.59 p.m. on 30 June 2027, a section of Ying Tung Road from its junction with Kam Tung Street to a point about 65 meters east of the same junction will be temporarily designated as a prohibited zone for vehicles exceeding 12 metres in length 24 hours daily.

          Drivers of all motor vehicles exceeding 12 metres in length, except those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving into the above prohibited zone.

          The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs.
