ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (Chapter 374)
Temporary Speed Limit on Airport Road, Chek Lap Kok

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 11.00 p.m. to 5.00 a.m. of the following day daily on 10 and 11 November 2026, the section of Airport Road northbound from a point about 100 metres north of its junction with North Lantau Highway to a point about 950 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
