In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 am on 30 October 2026, the following road sections will be designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the western kerbside lane of Shan Tong Road from a point about 30 metres north of lamp post no. GE3338 to a point about 45 metres of the same lamp post; and
   2. the eastern kerbside lane of Shan Tong Road from a point about 50 metres south of lamp post no GE3338 to a point of the same lamp post; and
   3. the eastern kerbside lane of Shan Tong Road from a point about 45 metres north of lamp post no GE3338 to a point of the same lamp post.

        Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

1. 1. picking up or setting down passengers; or
   2. loading or unloading goods.

        The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.
