In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(b) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect daily from 11.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day daily on 10 and 12 November 2026, Tai Po Road – Sha Tin southbound from a point about 350 metres north of its junction with Fo Tan Road to a point about 200 metres south of the same junction shall be subject at different times to the speed limits of 80 kilometres per hour or 50 kilometres per hour.

        Any change in the speed limit in accordance with this notice may be put into effect from time to time by appropriate traffic signs to be erected, displayed, replaced, removed or altered on site so as to ensure that adequate guidance is given to drivers of motor vehicles as to the speed limits currently to be observed on the roads.
