TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Tung Lo Wan Drive, Tai Hang

   Notice is hereby given that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented in Tai Hang from 11.00 pm to 6.00 am the following day daily on every Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 2 November 2026 to 13 November 2026:

A. Road Closure
The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:
i. Tung Lo Wan Drive southbound; and
ii. Part of the traffic lane of Moreton Terrace Flyover southbound.

B. Turning Movement Arrangement
All vehicles will be prohibited from making left turn from Moreton Terrace Flyover southbound onto Tung Lo Wan Drive.

C. Traffic Diversion
Affected vehicles on Moreton Terrace Flyover southbound heading to Tung Lo Wan Road eastbound and Moreton Terrace will be diverted via Tai Hang Road southbound, roundabout and Tai Hang Road northbound.

D. Bus Diversion
The special departures via Causeway Bay of XHT Route No. 961 (Tuen Mun Bound) will be diverted via Fleming Road Flyover southbound, Fleming Road southbound, Hennessy Road eastbound, Yee Wo Street eastbound and Tung Lo Wan Road eastbound.

      Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Bus companies will put up notice to advise passengers of the above arrangements.
