Notice is hereby given that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented at Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following days on 31 October 2026 and 7 November 2026:

1. Road Closure

The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:

1. The slow lane of the Lam Tin bound tunnel tube of Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel; and
   
   
2. The slip road leading from the Lam Tin bound tunnel tube of Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel to Eastern Harbour Crossing.

2. Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles heading for Eastern Harbour Crossing will be diverted via Cha Kwo Ling Road eastbound, Yau Tong Road northbound and Lei Yue Mun Road northbound.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
