ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 374)
TEMPORARY SPEED LIMIT ON CHEUNG PEI SHAN ROAD AND WO YI HOP INTERCHANGE, TSUEN WAN
In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 1.00 a.m. to 5.30 a.m. daily on 6 and 7 November 2026, the following road sections will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour as described below:—
(a) the section of Cheung Pei Shan Road eastbound from a point about 1 050 metres west of its junction with the entrance of Shing Mun Tunnels eastbound tunnel tube to a point about 700 metres west of the same junction; and
(b) the section of Wo Yi Hop Interchange eastbound from a point about 860 metres west of its junction with the entrance of Shing Mun Tunnels eastbound tunnel tube to a point about 750 metres west of the same junction.
Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
