In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 a.m. on 13 November 2026 to 6.00 p.m. on 31 March 2027, the following road sections will be temporarily designated as restricted zones 24 hours daily:

1. 1. the eastern kerbside lane of Fat Tseung Street from a point about 45 metres south of its junction with Castle Peak Road to the same junction; and
      
      
   2. the southern kerbside lane of Castle Peak Road from its junction with Fat Tseung Street to a point about 30 metres east of the same junction.

        Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

            (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

            (b)  loading or unloading goods.

       The extent of the restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate road markings.

       At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road sections will be temporarily rescinded.
