Motorists are advised that to facilitate water works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented from 8.00 am on 13 November 2026 to 6.00 pm on 13 February 2027.

The lane of Unnamed Access Road northbound leading to Shek Kwu Lung Parking Lot from its junction with Kam Shan Road to a point about 20 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

1. 1. 1. Affected vehicles on Kam Shan Road westbound heading for Shek Kwu Lung Parking Lot will be diverted via the Unnamed Access Road leading to Kam Shek Green Minibus Stand and left turn to the Unnamed Access Road northbound leading to Shek Kwu Lung Parking Lot.
      2. Affected vehicles on Shek Lin Road eastbound heading for Shek Kwu Lung Parking Lot will be diverted via the Unnamed Access Road leading to Kam Shek Green Minibus Stand and left turn to the Unnamed Access Road northbound leading to Shek Kwu Lung Parking Lot.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive with utmost care.
