ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 374)
TEMPORARY SPEED LIMIT ON FANLING HIGHWAY, NORTH DISTRICT

       In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 7.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. daily on 8 November 2026 and 6 December 2026, the section of Fanling Highway westbound from a point about 400 metres east of its junction with So Kwun Po Road Roundabout to a point about 1500 metres west of its junction with Tai Tau Leng Roundabout will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 80 kilometres per hour.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

       At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
