TRAFFIC ADVICE
Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Eastern Harbour Crossing, Kwun Tong

        Members of the public are advised that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements will be implemented on Eastern Harbour Crossing from 11.00 pm to 9.00 am of the following day on 7 November 2026:-

  1. Road Closure

The traffic lane of about 180 metres on Eastern Harbour Crossing Tunnel Road Kowloon Bound will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

  1. Traffic Diversion

Affected vehicles on Eastern Harbour Crossing Tunnel Road Kowloon Bound heading to Kwun Tong Bypass will be diverted via Lei Yue Mun Road westbound, Wai Fat Road westbound and Kwun Tong Bypass slip road.

  1. Public Transport Arrangement
The KMB Route Nos. 307, 673, 678, 680, 681, 307P, 673A, 680X, 681P, N307, N680 and CTB Route Nos. 608, 608P, 682, 682A and 682B will be diverted via Lei Yue Mun Road westbound, Wai Fat Road westbound, Kwun Tong Bypass slip road before resuming their original routings.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists. The public transport operators will display notices to advise passengers of the above temporary arrangements.
