TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements on Caroline Hill Road, Causeway Bay

      Notice is hereby given that to facilitate road works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on Caroline Hill Road from 1.45 am to 5.30 am on 8 November 2026:

(a) Road Closure
The following road sections will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic:
i. Caroline Hill Road southbound heading to Link Road southbound; and
ii. Caroline Hill Road northbound between Link Road and Eastern Hospital Road.

(b) Turning Movement Arrangement
Vehicles will be prohibited from making left turn from Eastern Hospital Road northbound onto Caroline Hill Road northbound.

(c) Traffic Diversion
i. Affected vehicles on Caroline Hill Road northbound heading to Leighton Road westbound will be diverted via Caroline Hill Road southbound and Caroline Hill Road (Eastern Section) northbound;
ii. Affected vehicles on Caroline Hill Road northbound heading to Leighton Road eastbound will be diverted via Caroline Hill Road southbound, Caroline Hill Road (Eastern Section) northbound, Cotton Path eastbound, Eastern Hospital Road northbound, Tung Lo Wan Road northbound, Leighton Road westbound, Yun Ping Road northbound, Hysan Avenue westbound and Sun Wui Road southbound;
iii. Affected vehicles on Caroline Hill Road southbound heading to Link Road will be diverted via Caroline Hill Road southbound, Caroline Hill Road (Eastern Section) northbound, Leighton Road westbound, Wong Nai Chung Road southbound and Broadwood Road eastbound; and
iv. Affected vehicles on Leighton Road westbound and Hoi Ping Road heading to Link Road will be diverted via Leighton Road westbound, Wong Nai Chung Road southbound and Broadwood Road eastbound.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.
