ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONE ON CUMBERLAND ROAD, KOWLOON TONG

         In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 8.00 am on 1 April 2026 to 6.00 pm on 30 April 2026, the section of Cumberland Road from about 15 metres north of its junction with Lincoln Road to a point about 80 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily designated as restricted zone 24 hours daily.

          Within the restricted zone, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

               (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

               (b)  loading or unloading goods.

          The extent of the restricted zone will be indicated by appropriate road markings.
