ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 374)
Temporary Speed Limit on Tsuen Wan Road, Kwai Chung

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day daily during the period between 1 April 2026 and 15 April 2026 (except Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays), Tsuen Wan Road eastbound from the lamp post number FC0351 to a point about 569 metres east of the same lamp post will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit of 70 kilometres per hour on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
