TEMPORARY SPEED LIMIT ON TAI PO ROAD – SHA TIN, SHA TIN

        In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect daily from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day on 9, 13, 17, 24, 28 April and 4, 8, 11 May 2026, the section of Tai Po Road – Sha Tin southbound from a point about 1050 metres north of its junction with Sha Tin Road southbound to a point about 150 metres south of the same junction will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 50 kilometres per hour.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on site to guide motorists.

        At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
