ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
TEMPORARY RESTRICTED ZONES ON TAK HING STREET, JORDAN

           In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 9.00 am on 1 June 2026 to 11.59 pm on 30 October 2026, the section of Tak Hing Street from a point about 35 metres north of its junction with Tak Shing Street to a point about 90 metres north of the same junction will be temporarily designated as a restricted zone 24 hours daily.

           Within the restricted zones, drivers of all motor vehicles, except franchised buses and those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from:

                (a)  picking up or setting down passengers; or

                (b)  loading or unloading goods.

          The restricted zones will be indicated by appropriate traffic signs and road markings.

          At the same time, the existing restricted zones on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
