ROAD TRAFFIC ORDINANCE (CHAPTER 374)
Temporary Speed Limit on Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel

       In exercise of the powers vested in me under section 40(2)(a) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 374, I hereby direct that with effect from 0.01 am on 2 June 2026 to 11.59 pm on 15 August 2026, the section of Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel eastbound from its tunnel tube entrance to the exit of its slip road towards Tseung Kwan O / Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel Road will be temporarily subject to a speed limit of 30 kilometres per hour.

       Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site to guide motorists.

       At the same time, the existing speed limit on the above road section will be temporarily rescinded.
