TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT NOTICE
Temporary Traffic Arrangements on South Bay Road and South Bay Path, Southern District

        Notice is hereby given that to facilitate road resurfacing works, the following temporary traffic arrangements will be implemented on South Bay Road and South Bay Path from 9.00 pm to 6.00 am of the following day on 3 and 10 June 2026:

A.     Traffic Arrangement

The section of South Bay Road between Beach Road and South Bay Villas will be temporarily converted from two-lane two-way traffic into one-lane two-way traffic by phases.

B.     Road Closure

South Bay Path eastbound will be temporarily closed to all vehicular traffic.

C.     Traffic Diversion

1. 1. 1. Affected vehicles on South Bay Path eastbound near Riviera Apartments heading for South Bay Road will be diverted via South Bay Path westbound and Beach Road; and
      2. Affected vehicles on Beach Road heading for South Bay Road will continue to travel along Beach Road.

        Appropriate traffic signs will be provided on site to guide motorists.
