ROAD TRAFFIC (TRAFFIC CONTROL) REGULATIONS (CHAPTER 374G)
Temporary Prohibited Zone for Vehicles Exceeding 5 Metres in Length on Heard Street, Wan Chai

       In exercise of the powers vested in me under regulation 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations, Chapter 374G, I hereby direct that with effect from 10.00 pm to 6.00 am the following day daily on Mondays to Saturdays from 5 June 2026 to 9 July 2026 (except 10 and 24 June 2026, 8 July 2026 and public holidays), the section of Heard Street between Johnston Road and Wan Chai Road will be temporarily designated as a prohibited zone for vehicles exceeding 5 metres in length.

     Drivers of all motor vehicles, expect those with permits issued by the Commissioner for Transport, will be prohibited from driving vehicles exceeding 5 metres in length into the above prohibited zone.

The extent of the prohibited zone will be indicated by appropriate traffic sign.
