Temporary Traffic and Transport Arrangements on Fanling Highway, North District

Members of the public are advised that to facilitate the road works, the following temporary traffic and transport arrangements on Fanling Highway will be implemented daily from midnight to 5.30 a.m. on 12, 16 and 24 June 2026.

1.Road Closure

The slip road leading from Tai Tau Leng roundabout to Fanling Highway westbound will be temporarily closed for all vehicular traffic.

2. Traffic Diversion
  1. Vehicles on Po Shek Wu Road southbound heading for Yuen Long and Kowloon will be diverted via Tai Tau Leng roundabout, Fanling Highway eastbound, Kai Leng roundabout and Fanling Highway westbound; and
  2. Vehicles on Fan Kam Road northbound heading for Yuen Long and Kowloon will be diverted via Tai Tau Leng roundabout, Fanling Highway eastbound, Kai Leng roundabout and Fanling Highway westbound.
3. Public Transport Services Arrangements

KMB Route No. 276A (Tin Shui Wai bound), 276B (Tin Shui Wai bound), and N73 (Lok Ma Chau bound), will be diverted via Tai Tau Leng roundabout, Fanling Highway eastbound, Kai Leng roundabout, and Fanling Highway westbound before resuming its normal routing.

Appropriate traffic signs will be erected on site. Motorists are advised to follow the instructions on site and drive in utmost care. Notices will be displayed by the bus company to inform the passengers of the above arrangements.
