| Description of Defect, how it came to light, and possible consequences if ignored. | During inflator manufacturing process, the air in the inflator body was not removed properly and it caused density of the propellant to become lower due to time deterioration.
This increased the speed of burning propellant, and the deployment pressure in the inflator combustion chamber increase, resulting in damage of the inflator body. |
