As informed by Ford Motor Company, a plastic post inside the front seat safety belt buckle cover may break, allowing the buckle internal latch mechanism to wedge against the broken post. This may lead to a "no latch" condition in which the tongue does not the buckle, or a "partial latch" condition in which the tongue may be inserted into buckle and appear enganed when it is not. |

Will contract affected customers via direct phone call requesting them to return their vehicle to us for replacement of front safety belt buckle cover. |
