Description of Defect, how it came to light, and possible consequences if ignored.	On certain Mazda6 vehicles, it is possibile that a fuel may leak from fuel tank because the fuel tank partially melt, causing a hole in the worst case. The clearance between the fuel tank insulator and exhaust pipe is insufficient.
Remedial Action	Installed an insulator kit on the subjected vehicles: 1. Attachment of heatproff pad on the fuel tank. 2. Replacement of grommet with a modified one. 3. Attachment of glass wool on the insulator.
