Special Traffic News

    1. The slow lane of Kwun Tong Bypass (Mong Kok bound) near Kowloon Flour Mills which was closed due to traffic accident is re-opened to all traffic.

    2. Due to traffic accident , part of the lanes of Chatham Road South (Yau Ma Tei bound) near Princess Margaret Road is closed to all traffic.
      Only remaining lanes are available to motorists.
      Traffic is busy now.

    3. Due to traffic accident , part of the lanes of North Lantau Highway (Kowloon bound) near Sham Shui Kok is closed to all traffic.
      Only remaining lanes are available to motorists.
      Traffic is busy now.

    4. Due to vehicle breakdown , the slow lane of Tseung Kwan O Road (Tseung Kwan O Tunnel bound) near Tsui Ping (South) Estate is closed to all traffic.
      Only remaining lanes are available to motorists.
      Traffic is busy now.

    5. The following road sections are busy:
      – Connaught Road West Flyover (Western Harbour Crossing bound)
      – Connaught Road Central Flyover (Western Harbour Crossing bound)
      – Harcourt Road (Sheung Wan bound)
      – Garden Road (downhill bound)
      – Stubbs Road (downhill bound)
      – Victoria Park Road (Central bound)
      Motorists passing through the above road sections are advised to drive with utmost care and patience.

    6. Due to traffic accident , part of the lanes of Lung Cheung Road (Tsuen Wan bound) near Diamond Hill MTR Station is closed to all traffic.
      Only remaining lanes are available to motorists.
      Traffic is busy now.

    7. Part of the lanes of Garden Road (downhill bound) near Upper Albert Road which was closed due to traffic accident is re-opened to all traffic.

    8. The slow lane of Sha Tin Road (Ma On Shan bound) near Pok Hong Estate which was closed due to road incident is re-opened to all traffic. Traffic queue takes time to disperse.

    9. Part of the lanes of Kai Fuk Road (Tsim Sha Tsui bound) near MegaBox which was closed due to traffic accident is re-opened to all traffic.

    10. Part of the lanes of Fanling Highway (Sheung Shui bound) near Nam Wa Po which was closed due to traffic accident is re-opened to all traffic. Traffic queue takes time to disperse.

    11. Due to traffic accident happened earlier , Connaught Road Central flyover (Western Harbour Crossing bound) near Shun Tak Centre is busy. Motorists passing through the above road section are advised to drive with utmost care and patience.

    12. The following ferry services are temporarily adjusted on 5 November 2026:

      'Ma Wan - Central' Route:
      - Ma Wan to Central: Sailings departing at 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. are replaced by bus services (Route NR338S)
      - Central to Ma Wan: Sailings departing at 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. are replaced by bus services (Route NR338S)

      'Ma Wan - Tsuen Wan' Route:
      - Ma Wan to Tsuen Wan: Sailing at 8:10 a.m. is cancelled
      - Tsuen Wan to Ma Wan: Sailing at 8:30 a.m. is cancelled

    13. Due to watermain burst , the slow lane of Hoi Bun Road (Kowloon Bay bound) near Tsun Yip Street is closed to all traffic.
      Only remaining lane is available to motorists.
      Traffic is busy now.

    14. Due to watermain emergency works , part of the lanes of Wo Yi Hop Road (both bounds) near Shek Yam Road is closed to all traffic.
      Only remaining lane is available to motorists.

    15. Due to watermain emergency works , part of the lanes of Jockey Club Road (Po Shek Wu Road bound) near North District Sports Ground is closed to all traffic.
      Only remaining lane is available to motorists.
