Special Traffic News
- Part of the lanes of Clear Water Bay Road (Lung Cheung Road bound) near Choi Wan (I) Estate which was closed due to vehicle breakdown is re-opened to all traffic.
- The fast lane of Tsing Long Highway (Ting Kau Bridge) (Kowloon bound) which was closed due to traffic accident is re-opened to all traffic.
- Due to traffic accident , part of the lanes of Lung Cheung Road (Tsuen Wan bound) near Lung Cheung Road Lookout is still being closed to all traffic.
Only remaining lanes are available to motorists.
Traffic is congested now.
- Part of the lanes of Tsuen Tsing Interchange which was closed due to traffic accident is re-opened to all traffic.
- Part of the lanes of North West Tsing Yi Interchange (Airport bound) near Tsing Yi Administration Building which was closed due to traffic accident is re-opened to all traffic.
- The following ferry services are temporarily adjusted on 27 July 2026:

'Ma Wan - Central' Route:
- Ma Wan to Central: Sailings departing at 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. are replaced by bus services (Route NR338S)
- Central to Ma Wan: Sailings departing at 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. are replaced by bus services (Route NR338S)
'Ma Wan - Tsuen Wan' Route:
- Ma Wan to Tsuen Wan: Sailing at 8:10 a.m. is cancelled
- Tsuen Wan to Ma Wan: Sailing at 8:30 a.m. is cancelled
- As informed by the Chinese Mainland Railway Authorities, the following High Speed Rail train trips' schedules will be adjusted due to expected adverse weather conditions:

From Shantou Station to Hong Kong West Kowloon Station: G6397
From Hong Kong West Kowloon Station to Fuzhou Station: G924
From Hong Kong West Kowloon Station to Xi’anbei Station: G914

You may also consider using travel on the East Rail Line trains to Lo Wu/ Lok Ma Chau or use other transport to enter the Chinese Mainland.
For ticket refunds, please refer to the information on the High Speed Rail website and process within the stated time. To obtain a refund, please use the 12306 official website (12306.cn) or mobile app. Unless you require assistance, there is no need to go to Hong Kong West Kowloon Station.

- Transport Department has received notification from MTR Corporation Limited that to make citizens' holiday travel easier, East Rail Line train service frequency will be increased during specific periods over the summer vacation weekends (18 July – 30 August).
